If you have raised a support issue, a member of the BSPOKE team may ask to connect to your machine remotely to diagnose and resolve it quickly. This page walks you through how.
We use TeamViewer for secure, encrypted remote sessions. You stay in control at all times — you can end the session instantly, and our agent can only connect when you actively share your session ID and password with them.
You do not need to install anything permanently. TeamViewer can be run directly without a full installation, and nothing is left on your machine once the session ends.

How a remote session works
Click the button in the hero above to download the BSPOKE-configured version. Open the file — no installation is required if you choose "Run only".
TeamViewer will show you a unique ID and a one-time password. Read these out to your BSPOKE support agent over the phone or paste them into your support chat.
Your support agent will connect to your screen. You can watch everything they do in real time. The session ends automatically when the TeamViewer window is closed.
Once the issue is fixed, your agent will end the session. The one-time password expires immediately so nobody can reconnect without your knowledge.
